ASTONHILL LAND

Expertise in Land Promotion

WHAT WE DO

Astonhill Land is a promoter that creates value by identifying pre-planning opportunities and unlocking latent development value.

We achieve this through the application of an entrepreneurial approach to business, combined with detailed market knowledge, technical skills, and a commitment to deliver results.

Through strategic land assembly and landowner focused Promotion Agreements, rather than Option Agreements, the company has formed a number of long term relationships with key landowners in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Astonhill funds and manages the planning process as projects proceed through the planning system, and once consent is obtained, Ashtonhill market the site widely to achieve best value for the landowner, and select a developer/housing association that provides a lasting legacy for the landowner and local community.

The business is active across a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial and leisure. Over the last 10 years, Astonhill’s strategic projects have delivered in excess of 800 new homes and 300 affordable homes.
